Raised by two inspiring and kind business owners in a family of 5 sisters and 2 dogs, I have an inner understanding of the complexities of family and success. Having worked early on in my career as a facilitator and theatre director in the field of conflict and peace education, and social change, in Ireland, the UK and the Basque Country, I gained an in depth understanding of human systems living in precarious and uncertain landscapes.

As I moved on in my career, and in my own personal and professional evolution, I became more and more certain that for there to be deep change at individual or organisational level, there needs to be a deep commitment from the people involved in that change. We need to be able to let go of what was, in order to create the conversations and systems necessary to allow new paths to open up. All too often however we lean back into the often uncomfortable “comfort zone”, causing us to remain stuck in the repeating patterns of our lives.

My search has led me to train in, and practice, systemic coaching on an individual and group basis, since 2009. This, combined with my experience of a life lived in and around family and business systems and my direct knowledge of how communities can navigate change in uncertain and volatile contexts, has led me to accompany creatives, leaders and groups to imagine the future they want to create and move towards creating it, especially in these complex, creative times.
